With 10 years of experience in executive HR and talent management, I founded VELAFIND on a simple conviction: recruiting senior leaders demands a dual expertise — that of the executive search professional, and that of the talent practitioner who has lived, from the inside, the challenges of performance, culture and organizational transformation.
